Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl the butter is added with a blender , since it is well blended, the sugar is added. In another bowl stir the baking powder with the flour and reserve.
Add the egg to the butter with the sugar. Since it is well incorporated the egg is added salt and vanilla.
Then slowly add the flour mixture until it is a soft dough.
The mixture is divided into two parts and pocketed in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.
Since the dough is refrigerated, put a little flour on a flat surface and spread the dough until it is approximately half a centimeter.
Cut the cookies with an egg-shaped mold.
To bake them, put them in a tray previously greased and floured or with wax paper and put them in the oven until the edges are browning.
They are removed from the oven and allowed to cool. Since they are cold they can be decorated.
To decorate them, make the glaze with the icing sugar and the lemons, add to the sugar glass droplets of lemon little by little until the glaze is left.
Separate the glaze in different bowls and color them with the artificial coloring.
Add the color layer to each cookie, put them in the refrigerator 15 minutes and continue decorating by making dots, lines, etc., and put them in the refrigerator another 15 minutes and that's it.
Place them in an egg carton to give a special touch.
