These cookies have only two ingredients, they are super healthy because they do not contain flour, milk or fat. Give them more flavor by adding chocolate sparkles, chips, cinnamon or vanilla.

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 2 ripe bananas

Preparation

In a medium bowl mix the bananas with the oatmeal cup, use your hands to do it. Let some pieces of banana in the mixture. If it is not thick add more oatmeal.
If you have additional ingredients such as sparkles, raisins, cinnamon or vanilla, add them to the mixture and stir.
Form small balls with the mixture and place them in a previously greased baking tray.
Preheat your oven to 350°C and bake for about 15 minutes.
