Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Whip the egg whites and powdered sugar until well combined, then add the flour and continue mixing, adding the other ingredients (the butter should be completely melted). Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. In a greased baking dish, make a circle with your finger about 6 cm in diameter and pour the dough into the circle. Repeat the process until there is no more room for circles in the baking dish. Put in the oven until golden brown. Fold in half and then in half again.
