Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl put the granola, flour, cornstarch, carrot, orange zest, oil, honey and egg.
Mix all the previous ingredients until they are well incorporated.
With a soup spoon take a portion of the desired size of your cookies, or put rubber gloves to mold them.
Arrange the portions in the tray and put them in the oven (preheated) for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
Once ready you can offer them as sandwiches, dessert, lunch, etc.
