This recipe of subzero cookies is invented from my lactose intolerance, chocolate ice cream can be put off. It is a very versatile recipe because the ways of presenting them can be simpler or more glamorous.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 250 grams lard
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams chocolate chip
  • 300 grams flour
  • 500 grams chocolate ice cream, deslactosado
  • powdered sugar, to sprinkle

Preparation

Beat the butter to the point of ointment with the sugar for 5 minutes. Perfume with the essence of vanilla and add the egg. Beat until integrate.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Add the previously sieved flour and mix with a spatula.
Place spoonfuls of the preparation in a baking sheet. Leave enough space between them as the dough grows during cooking. Cook in preheated oven, at high temperature 200º C, for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool on a rack.

PRESENTATION

Filling and setting: place a spoonful of ice cream on a cookie and place another one on top. Press lightly and sprinkle with impalpable sugar. Repeat until the cookies are finished.

TIPS

You can use chocolate chips or chopped chocolate very well if you do not have chips or you can put it instead of chocolate.
