Excellent combination between the sweetness of the biscuit and the acidity of the cheesecake !! Excellent dessert for Christmas due to its colors and flavors. You can give them away and be very good.

Ingredients

25 servings
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/3 of Cup of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of Red food dye
  • 1 stick of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    For the cookies, add the butter together with the two types of sugar, until the mixture looks spongy.
    Add the egg and vanilla and continue whisking. When they are well mixed, add the coloring and let the whole mixture turn red.
    In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, the cocoa and the salt. Once mixed, you have to add them little by little to the butter mixture.
    For the filling using a blender mix the cheese with the sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    To assemble the biscuits add 2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
    Add a teaspoon of filling in the center and cover it with the biscuit mixture, creating a small ball.
    Put the ball on a baking sheet. Until you finish the mixes.
    Bake the cookies for 11 to 13 minutes or until they begin to break on top. Let them cool.

    PRESENTATION

    To present them you can melt white chocolate and once the cookies decorate them.

    TIPS

    When it comes to accommodating the cookies, leave enough space between them so they can expand and have a perfect circle shape.
