Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
Grease a cookie sheet with butter.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl, with the help of an electric mixer at high speed, beat the butter with the sugar until acremar.
Add vanilla and egg whipping until just integrated.
Incorporate dry ingredients, white chocolate and nuts.
Make balls the size of a walnut with the dough and place on the prepared tray leaving a separation of 5 cm (2 in) between them.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool on the tray until the cookies are lightly firm, move to wire racks and allow to cool completely.
