Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 package cookie, Maria or vanilla type
  • 100 grams walnut
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk

Preparation

Grind the cookies in the blender until they are completely powdered.
Empty the cookies in a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix them until they are fully incorporated.
Pour the condensed milk little by little until it is completely incorporated.
Chop the nuts and incorporate them into the mixture, integrate everything with the help of a spatula or miserable.
Form small balls with the mixture.
Place the icing sugar in a flat dish, pass the walnut balls through the sugar until they are completely impregnated (this step is optional). If you want a healthier version go through grated coconut or instead of integrating the nut to the dough, pass the balls per nut.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

PRESENTATION

Place the center in a platter. Accompany with your favorite fruit tea or infusion.

TIPS

Go for cocoa or cinnamon if you want another flavor.
