Easy Mango Pay

Delicious mango dessert, it is very easy and quick to prepare, I highly recommend it for a fast and rich meal.


8 portions
  • 8 slices mango in syrup, in syrup
  • 1/2 cups mango in syrup
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 30 Marie biscuits
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can half and half cream
  • 1 stick cream cheese


The butter melts, the biscuits are milled and mixed with the butter, a paste is formed and with this a mold is cast for pie, bottom and walls, ready to be placed in the freezer 20 minutes approximately.
The grenetine is hydrated in the syrup and dissolved in the microwave for 25 seconds, reserve, in the blender place the cream cheese, condensed milk, half cream, 6 slices of mango and liquefy all very well. Finally the grenetina dissolved in the syrup is added and it is liquefied for 2 more minutes and that's it.
The above mixture is emptied on the shell to pay and is refrigerated for about 30 minutes to set completely.
The remaining 2 slices of mango are cut into strips and when firm, the pie is decorated to taste.
Each slice can be served with a scoop of ice cream of the preferred flavor.
The mixture yields for 2 countries.


When serving, decorate with liquid chocolate a few lines nothing more.


Refrigerate a day before.
