Prepare this delicious flan of cheese and coffee to share with everyone at home an easy dessert, delicious and you do not need oven to make. Its smooth texture and intense flavor of coffee and vanilla will conquer all.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 eggs
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coffee

Preparation

Add the eggs, evaporated and condensed milk cans, coffee, vanilla and cream cheese to the blender. (you can beat by adding the ingredients little by little)
Place on a medium high heat 100 gr of white sugar for the caramel.
In a refractory pour the caramel and let cool.
Pour the preparation of the blender into the refractory and cook over medium high heat in a bain-marie. During 45 min.
Allow to cool 2 hours in the refrigerator.

TIPS

Insert a fork to check the cooking, it must come out clean.
