If you want a rich and healthy dessert, prepare these delicious amaranth tarts with semi sweet chocolate stuffed with light vanilla custard, decorated with chocolate shavings and Greek yogurt. The best part is that you do not need an oven to prepare them.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 1/2 cups bitter chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 box Vanilla Light Flan D'Gari®, (20 g)
  • 1 liter milk light
  • 5 tablespoons greek yogurt, without grease, to decorate
  • 5 teaspoons Chocolate chips, semi sweet
  • to taste Orange zest, to decorate
  • to taste Mint leaf, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the amaranth with the bitter chocolate and the grated. Pour into greased cake molds and compact with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate until it hardens.
Empty the content of the D'Gari ®sabor vanilla light flan in a liter of warm milk. Heat over low heat and stir until it boils, stir 3 minutes.
Pour the flan on the base of amaranth and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with half a spoonful of Greek yogurt, shavings of dark chocolate, orange zest and mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with Greek yogurt, chocolate shavings, orange zest and mint.

TIPS

Press the amaranth very well in the molds so that there are no spaces and do not spill the flan when pouring it. Use semi sweet chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa and very little sugar to make it healthier.
