Napolitano Cheese Flanger in Pressure Cooker

Neapolitan cheese flan, a simple, traditional and delicious dessert that you can not stop preparing at home. It is perfect for family gatherings or for you to share with whomever you want.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Double cream cheese
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 4 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 4 drops of vanilla

    Preparation

    Melt the sugar in a pan and pour the honey in a refractory.
    Blend cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Place the mixture in the refractory where the caramel is and cover with aluminum foil.
    Place the refractory in a bain-marie in the pressure cooker for 30 min.

    TIPS

    When covering the refractory with aluminum foil, use a garter to hold it.
