  • 6 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted, for coconut gelatin (7g each)
  • 5 mangos, cut into cubes, for mango gelatin
  • 2 1/2 cups mango juice, low in calories, for mango gelatin
  • 1/3 cups Sugar substitute, for mango gelatin
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted, for coconut gelatin (7g each)
  • enough mango, cut into slices and cubes, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, to decorate


For coconut gelatin, blend coconut yogurt with cream cheese, low-calorie coconut milk and sugar substitute. Still liquefying, add the gelatin in the form of thread.
Pour the previous preparation into a jelly-shaped mold until halfway full. Refrigerate until completely set.
For mango gelatin, blend mango with low-calorie mango juice. Still liquefying, add the hydrated and melted gelatin.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and with the your hands, carefully remove the coconut gelatin. Pour the mango gelatin into the empty spaces until full, you will see the coconut begin to float. Return to refrigeration until set.
Form a rose with the mango slices. Unmold the gelatin, fill the center with the mango cubes and place the rose and mint leaves on top.
