Ingredients

9 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups Water, hot
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for the royal icing
  • 3/4 tablespoons cream of tartar, for the royal icing
  • 2 tablespoons Water, for the royal icing
  • 1/2 cups bitter chocolate, melted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease and flour a cupcake mold.
In a bowl mix flour with baking soda and salt. Reservation.
In another bowl, mix the hot water with the cocoa, the sugar, the oil, the eggs and the vanilla. Beat until integrate.
Add the powders alternating with the sour cream. Mix very well.
Pour into the cupcake mold at ¾ of its capacity. Bake about 20 minutes, cool and unmold.
Beat cream to beat until hard peaks form. Place in a sleeve with smooth dulla and refrigerate.
For royal icing, in a bowl, mix the icing sugar with the cream and water until you get the desired consistency. Place in a sleeve with smooth duya and reserve.
Fill the cupcakes by the base with the cream to beat. Cover the surface with melted chocolate and decorate with royal icing. Refrigerate 5 minutes or let dry.

PRESENTATION

Cover with chocolate and decorate with a spiral of royal icing.

TIPS

Cool the whipped cream very well before filling the cupcakes so they do not drain underneath.

hola tal vez sea una pregunta tonta pero no cocino con frecuencia, como derrito el chóclate semiamargo?, lo derrito y ya, o le pongo azúcar.
