  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 grams whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 100 grams blackberry, or strawberries
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups Water


Crush the biscuits until they are finely ground, melted the butter, mix it with the biscuits until it forms a wet sand or a little cake. we place it in a mold or one to bake mold putting aluminum so that it is possible to remove it without sticking. We put it in the refrigerator while doing the preparation.
Hydrate the greenery with 1/2 tz of water
In a bowl we put the cream cheese and beat it a little, then we add the sugar and we accrete very well. Then add the half cream and continue beating until it is well incorporated, then the milk and mix a little more, now the milk and finally the whipped cream mix with enveloping movements.
Then in a bain-marie or in the microwave we put the already hydrated gelatin for about 10-20 seconds. A little warm we add it to the cheese preparation, mix well until everything is incorporated.
Pour into the mold with the cookie and put in the freezer until the next day.
In a bowl over low heat put the blackberry or strawberries with water and sugar mix and check constantly until it thickens a little. If it is necessary to put a little more sugar.
Take the cheesecake out of the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving, put the jam on top or on the slice that will serve.


You can decorate with mint leaves or natural fruit of each jam.


For better color in the jam, add a little coloring. For example for the strawberry put a little red dye.
