Preparation
Place butter, pepper and cheese in the blender .
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Make a bun, wrap in foil and refrigerate.
Stretch to 1/2 cm thick and make circles with a 4 cm diameter cutter.
To one of the covers, make the center with a much smaller cutting.
Then, place the circles of dough on a plate lined with butter paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Carry in a preheated oven at 160 C between 12 and 15 minutes. (they should not take color because they would be bitter)
Remove from the oven and cool. Fill with the cream cheese spread and raw ham powder.
Garnish with a basil leaf.
