An easy dessert made with cookies which will always be an option to share with family, or even for you to sell. We present this delicious Oreos Crepes Cake recipe that will be one of your favorite cold cakes as it is a dessert made without oven and with a creamy filling. A great option for a better consistency to this easy dessert, is to freeze the cake before frosting it. Finally, do not forget to sprinkle with oreo cookies and cake frosting rosettes.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 3 packages of Oreo cookie 170 grams each, without the filling
  • 1 Cup of filling of oreo cookie, to fill the cake
  • 5 cups of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of cookie ground, for the filling
  • 2 pieces of cream cheese for the frosting
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream for the frosting
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar for the frosting
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the frosting
  • 1 Cup of Oreo cookie crumbled, to decorate
  • enough of Oreo cookie to decorate

    Preparation

    To mix the crepes, mix milk with flour, butter, cinnamon powder, egg, vanilla essence and oreo cookies without filling until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in a little of the mixture, spread it so as to form the crepe and cook on both sides until it is done. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
    For the filling, in a bowl, beat the cookie icing with the cream cheese and the crushed cookies until incorporated and at at a consistency that is spreadable. Reserve.
    For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream, the powdered sugar and the vanilla essence until it is creamy and consistent. Reserve in the refrigerator.
    On a table, with the help of a ring, place a crepe and spread with a little of the filling. Cover with another crepe and repeat until filling the ring. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    Remove the cake when cool and cover with the frosting. Sprinkle ground cookies on the surface, decorate with cake frosting rosettes and set cookies in the center. Serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serves sprinkled with oreo biscuit, cake frosting rosettes and whole oreos.

    TIPS

    You can freeze the cake before frosting it so that it is perfect.
