Ingredients

10 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 bananas, very mature crushed
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons royal baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cups oil
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chip

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius or 482 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat the eggs and then add all the ingredients to form a soft paste, not very liquid or thick.
Grease a large mold or several smaller ones and empty until the dough is finished, bake between 30 and 40 min. Or until the pancake is ready.

PRESENTATION

If you baked it in a large mold, you have to cut it into squares and into smaller molds like pancake, into slices.

TIPS

Let cool before removing from the mold and if you want, also let cool before decorating (So that the decoration does not melt).
