Ingredients

30 portions
  • 250 grams butter, cold (for cookie dough choco chip)
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 2 eggs, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 3 cups flour, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 2 cups chocolate chip, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 1 cup walnut, (for the choco chip cookie dough)
  • 400 grams butter, (for brownies)
  • 2 cups sugar, (for brownies)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, (for brownies)
  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate, (for brownies)
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla, (for brownies)
  • 6 eggs, (for brownies)
  • 150 grams walnut, chopped (for brownies)
  • 30 taffy candies, (for brownies)

Preparation

CHOCO-CHIP COOKIE MASS (with the first 11 ingredients). Mix butter with granulated and muscabada sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs to integrate well.
Add dry, walnut and chocolate chips at the end.
MIX BROWNIES: Melt chocolate butter in the microwave and integrate with the sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Add flour, vanilla and walnut, mixing with a balloon, until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add nut at the end.
ARMADO DE PANQUÉS: The pancake molds are greased and floury.
Put a base of cookie dough, a taffy and cover with brownie paste up to 3/4 parts of the mold.
Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes, until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Remove from the mold when they are hot. Let cool.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with a bit of icing sugar, some strawberries or red berries to decorate your plate.

TIPS

It is important to unmold when they are hot, it is the easiest way to take them off.
