  • 1/4 of Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 pieces of banana
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 Cup of Apple sauce
  • 1 Cup of carrot washed and disinfected
  • 1/3 of Cup of almond milk
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1/3 of Cup of powder sugar
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix flour with Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    In another bowl crush the bananas to make a puree and add; the brown sugar, the white and the egg, the vanilla and mix until everything is well incorporated.
    Add the melted coconut oil, the applesauce and the almond milk. In an enveloping way mix the grated carrots. Integrates the mixture of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins and beat until you have a homogeneous mass.
    Grease a pancake mold and pour the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes, unmold and reserve.
    Add the cream cheese and add the icing sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat until you have a slightly thick bitumen.
    Glaze the pancake with the bitumen, cut into slices and serve.
