A very fun little tree vanilla pancake. It's easier to do than it seems is a creative way to make a dessert this Christmas, you'll love it.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Grease and flour 2 pancake molds.
In the bowl of an electric mixer , mix the cream cheese and butter until you create a smooth mixture.
Add the sugar little by little and beat until it is soft and fluffy.
Add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Beat to mix. Add this mixture little by little to the cream cheese mixture alternating with the milk.
Add the orange peel and mix.
Pour the mixture into the previously prepared molds, paint one of them green with artificial coloring.
Reserve the mold with the white mixture. Bake the mold with the green mixture for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Cut the green pancake in the shape of a Christmas tree, taking care not to break it. Put the green pancake in the mold with the white mixture and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
To make the bitumen mix the orange juice with the icing sugar to create a homogeneous mixture.
Empty over the pancake and sprinkle with golden and silver sparks.
