This is the most delicious apple strudel I have tasted, it is one of the best desserts. Prepare it and surprise your guests.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of flour sifted
  • 1/2 kilo of Butter
  • 10 grams of Salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 liter of White wine semisweet
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 100 grams of powder sugar
  • 10 green apples
  • 50 grams of nut chopped
  • 50 grams of raisin
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of Cup of pineapple syrup
  • 4 slices of Pineapple in syrup
  • 2 rajas of cinnamon

    Preparation

    Mix in blender butter at room temperature with 2 eggs, salt and flour.
    Let stand in the refrigerated 2 hours.
    Flatten the dough to form a square half a cm wide and 30 x 30 cm.
    Chop the apple and pineapple slices. In a large pan, add the apples and pineapples with the mashed sugar, the white wine, the cinnamon powder, the cinnamon sticks, the syrup, the raisins and the nuts.
    Let it rest on a low heat until the liquid evaporates.
    Arrange the apples in the square of dough previously made in the middle until it is abundant, note: leave a space of 10 centimeters per side.
    Cover the mixture with the pasta, wrapping it and brush the raw scrambled egg, then pass the other side and repeat the procedure with the egg.
    It is put into the previously heated oven from 35 to 40 min at 180 ° C. Let cool.

    PRESENTATION

    To glaze with sugar and to serve accompanied by vanilla ice cream and a glass with envied fruits of season (under the same process of the apples).
