Ingredients

6 portions
  • 600 grams light cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt, skimmed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup Sugar substitute, or sugar for diabetics
  • 1 on chemical yeast
  • 100 grams bitter chocolate, for coverage
  • 160 grams cream, for coverage
  • 40 grams margarine, for coverage

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
For the cheesecake, beat all the ingredients together.
Pour over a greased mold (22 cm in diameter) and bake for 40-50 minutes. Let it cold down.
For the coverage, heat the cream almost until it boils.
Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Move constantly.
When the ganache has dissolved and formed, add the margarine and continue beating, so the coverage will be brighter.
When it is warm, pour over the cake and refrigerate.

TIPS

This cake is much richer from one day to the next. So I recommend leaving it to rest one night.
