If you want to pamper your family with an easy and different dessert, you should try this recipe for Cheese Pie with Cookie Crust. This cheese pie is very easy to make because you prepare it with condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, butter and egg. It is perfect to share with the family and enjoy a sweet and rich dessert. What would you accompany this recipe for Cheese Pie with?

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of Marie biscuit 170 g (5.9oz)
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick of cream cheese 190 g (6.7oz)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 160 °C. (212°F)
Grind the cookies, reserve a bit of the ground cookies to cover the pie and get a golden crust.
Mix the rest of the cookies with the butter to form a paste and place in the base of the pie pan. Reserve.
Blend the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the mold and sprinkle the ground cookies you reserved on top.
Bake in a bain-marie and cover with foil for 1 hour or until firm.
Let cool and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with coffee or milk.

TIPS
