Ingredients

25 portions
  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups peanut butter
  • 22 Vanilla cookies
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cups bitter chocolate

Preparation

Line an 8-inch square mold with aluminum foil leaving both sides left over. Stir butter and peanut butter well with a blender . Add the cookie crumbs; Mix them well. Add the sugar little by little; press the mixture against the bottom of the mold.
Heat the chocolate in the microwave in a bowl suitable for such use at high power for 1 minute; stir everything. Heat it in the microwave for 15 to 30 more seconds or until the chocolate melts when stirred. Mix with the whipped cream. Pour it over the layer of peanut butter; spread it to cover the dessert evenly.
Refrigerate the dessert for 2 hours. Use the foil to lift the dessert and remove it from the mold before cutting it to serve.
