Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F. (180 C)
Mix the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract with a blender at low speed for 3 minutes.
Add peanut butter and baking soda. Mix in medium speed until a paste forms, beating about 30 seconds.
Form 24 balls (2 teaspoons each) of the dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Separate them as 2cm each. With your thumb, press the balls of dough to form a hole. Fill the hole with 1/2 teaspoon of jam.
Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes. Go to a rack and let cool before eating.
