This delicious dessert of sweet pears combined with blackberry, an acid touch of yellow lemon, sweetened with agave syrup, covered with a delicious crunchy crumble of oats and flaxseed almonds is a very easy and healthy option to prepare.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 pears, 8 pieces pears girls stuffed, peeled, without heart and in quarters
  • 1 cup blackberry, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons raisin, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, for the filling
  • 2 tablespoons agave honey, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups oats, for the crumble
  • 1/4 cups flaxseed, for the crumble
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the crumble
  • 2 tablespoons agave honey, for the crumble
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, for the crumble
  • 1 cup Yogurt ice cream, natural, to serve

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
For the filling, heat a medium pot over medium heat and add the pears, the blackberries, the grapes, the juice and the lemon zest, the agave honey and the cinnamon to taste, cook for 5 minutes or until the ingredients. Remove the ingredients from the heat and place in a baking dish of your choice. Reservation.
For the crumble add to the processor the oatmeal with flaxseed, cinnamon, agave honey and coconut oil until an earthy paste forms. Reservation.
Place the crumble on the mixture of the pears until well covered.
Cover the preparation container with aluminum foil and bake the preparation for 20 minutes. Remove the foil cover and bake 10 more minutes to make it color.
Remove from the oven served with yogurt ice cream and enjoy.
