This recipe is from a traditionally Mexican sweet that reminds us of traditional pepitories. It is the favorite sweet of children and adults, we gave it a twist adding amaranth, almonds and sesame seeds. You will not be able to avoid falling into the temptation of preparing these pepitories of amaranth, almond and sesame to delight them all at home.

Preparation
Put the sugar in a pan, cover with water taking care not to splash, put on fire and evaporate the water at medium temperature to form the copper-colored caramel, without moving at all or else it will crystallize.
Take a wafer and with a fork put some candy so you can paste another wafer.
Since two wafers are joined, the bank passes through the sugar and covers it with amaranth, almond or sesame seeds.
