Preheat the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C. Beat the eggs and gradually add sugar; once they foam and change color, turn off the mixer. Gently fold in the flour and baking powder (previously sifted) using a spatula. Incorporate the orange zest. Pour the batter into a previously greased and floured mold. Bake the cake for 25 minutes. Envinado: Combine the rompope, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 cup of milk. Soak the cake and refrigerate for two hours.
