Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Castilla pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of pumpkin puree
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 5 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg powder
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Pour the cajeta on a mold of flan and spread on the whole surface. Reservation.
    For the flan, liquefy the evaporated milk with condensed milk, pumpkin, mashed potatoes, cheese, eggs and spices.
    Pour the previous mixture over the cajeta carefully, bake for 45 minutes in a bain-marie. Allow to cool and refrigerate 3 hours.
    Unmold and decorate with whipped cream and nuts.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can give the pumpkin a light cooking, so that it is softer and it does not cost so much work to liquefy it.
