Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of egg white
  • 1/4 of Cup of Sugar Great Value®
  • 6 pieces of egg yolk
  • 1/4 of Cup of Sugar Great Value®
  • 1 Cup of Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 570 grams of Great Value® Cream Cheese (190 gc / u)
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of Great Value® glass sugar
  • to taste of Great Value® glass sugar to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Beat the egg whites with the sugar and the nougat. Reservation.
    On the other hand, beat the yolks with sugar until they double their volume and change color.
    Add the whites to the buds in an enveloping way. Little by little it incorporates flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add the butter and puree, mix gently until integrating.
