Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 liter milk
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • to taste cinnamon powder

Preparation

Wash the rice well.
Boil the rice with the liter of milk.
Add the sugar and cinnamon.
Let boil about 20 minutes.
Add condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Let cook another 20 minutes.
Remove from heat once it is cooked. Let cool and serve with a little cinnamon powder.
