Preparation
With the help of a spoon, crush the bananas and add cinnamon, reserve.
In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with Vanilla Danette® Custard and bananas with cinnamon. Reservation.
Beat the cream to beat, when it doubles its volume gradually add the icing sugar until incorporated.
Melt the grenetina in a bain-marie and reserve.
Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the mixture of yogurt, custard and banana in a soft way, taking care not to lower the mixture.
Add the grenetina little by little to the previous preparation without stopping to move, until fully incorporated.
Pour into glasses and bring to refrigeration for 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
