Ingredients: 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (14g); 1 1/2 cups whipping cream; 1/4 cups icing sugar; 1 cup Oikos® plain Greek yogurt; 1 cup Danette® Vanilla Custard; 3 bananas; 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder; 1/2 cups whipped cream, for decoration; 10 cookies, for decoration

Using a spoon, mash the bananas and add cinnamon, set aside. In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt with Danette® Vanilla Custard and the bananas with cinnamon. Set aside.
