You never imagined such a fun and original jelly, encapsulated with a delicious strawberry sponge cake, with vanilla jelly and stuffed with another rich strawberry jelly. Together they form the perfect combination of flavor.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Rexal® Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry essence
  • enough vegetal color additive, pink
  • 1/2 envelopes Gelatin D'Gari® Vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 liters milk light, hot
  • 1 on Gelatin D'Gari® Strawberry flavor
  • 1 liter milk, hot
  • to taste strawberry, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the strawberry cake, in a blender add the butter and sugar, beat until it changes color, add the eggs one by one and beat for 5 more minutes.
Gradually add flour, Rexal® baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, strawberry essence and pink coloring, whisk for 10 minutes.
Pour over a previously floured and greased mold, bake for 30 minutes, let cool and reserve.
For the vanilla jelly, add the vanilla gelatin envelope D'Gari® in the warm milk, dissolve. Reservation.
Pour the vanilla jelly over the strawberry cake, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
For the strawberry gelatin, add the envelope of D'Gari® strawberry gelatin in the hot milk. Reservation.
With the help of your fingers, lightly soak the cake and jelly, and pour the strawberry jelly, reaching to the bottom of the mold and making sure that the strawberry gelatin encapsulates the filling. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Desmolda and decorates with strawberries.

PRESENTATION
