Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 crepes, crepes recipe Kiwilimon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups strawberry, disinfected and washed
  • 1 cup white goat cheese

Preparation

Prepare 8 crepes with the dough recipe to make kiwilimon crepes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease a large baking sheet.
In a medium-sized skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the strawberries and cook for 5 minutes.
Put the crepes on the baking sheet and on each crepe put 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and 1/8 of the strawberry filling. Dice the crepe over the filling. Repeat for all the crepes.
Bake crepes for 5 minutes and serve.
