Ingredients: 2 eggs; 1 cup cow's milk; 1 cup flour; 2 tablespoons butter, melted; 1/2 teaspoons salt; 1 1/4 cups water, divided amount; 1 package orange gelatin; 1 tablespoon cornstarch; 2 cups peach, frozen; 1/2 cups whipping cream

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a medium bowl with a whisk. Add the flour, melted butter, and salt; beat until creamy. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter with a ladle into the skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until both sides are golden brown. Remove the crepe from the skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter until you have 8 crepes. Boil 1 cup of water in a large pot over medium-high heat; add the powdered gelatin and stir for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup of water with the cornstarch; incorporate it into the gelatin. Allow this to boil, stirring constantly. Add the frozen peaches; stir. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
