Delicious crepes in a rich vanilla sauce with fruit. Perfect to finish a delicious meal with this dessert full of flavor. It is easy to prepare them and you can choose the ingredients that you like the most to accompany them and personalize your crepes.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 150 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 80 grams of condensed milk
  • 20 milliliters of vanilla
  • 1 piece of mango in slices
  • 1 piece of grapefruit in supreme
  • 2 pieces of orange in supreme
  • 200 milliliters of whipped cream
  • enough of Mint leaf to decorate

    Preparation

    Mix flour and milk in a bowl.
    When they are fully integrated add the egg, oil, salt and sugar.
    Let the preparation rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
