Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 80 grams condensed milk
  • 20 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 1 mango, in slices
  • 1 grapefruit, in supreme
  • 2 oranges, in supreme
  • 200 milliliters whipped cream
  • enough Mint leaf, to decorate

Preparation

Mix flour and milk in a bowl.
When they are fully integrated add the egg, oil, salt and sugar.
Let the preparation rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Empty the mixture to a hot pan, turn it until it is a thin layer, when the shore turns golden, turn it over and cook another minute. Reservation.
Boil the cream together with the condensed milk and vanilla until it begins to thicken; Remove from heat and reserve.
