In a double boiler, heat the chocolate for 10 minutes or until completely melted. Mix with a spatula to melt thoroughly and avoid lumps. Set aside. Place the popcorn, M&M's® Mega Bag, pretzels, and peanuts in a bowl, then drizzle with the chocolate and mix with a spatula. Place in a ring mold with cling wrap, covering everything completely. Refrigerate the popcorn ring for 30 minutes. Flip it over, serve the popcorn and M&M's ring on a platter and decorate with M&M's® Mega Bag.
