Prepare these glasses of rich green apple yogurt Gelatin, made with light yogurt gelatin and a rich apple compote with cinnamon that give it a delicious twist. It is ideal to eat at any time you crave it!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light green apple flavor, (25 g)
  • 1 liter Water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 box Gelatin D'Gari® light flavor yoghurt apple green light, 25 g
  • 1 liter milk light, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 2 green apples, in cubes and with the peel
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cups Water, cool
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground clove
  • to taste cinnamon stick, to decorate

Preparation

Hydrate D'Gari® light green apple flavor gelatin with ½ liter of water at room temperature and for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and incorporate.
Fill half of each cup with gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Meanwhile, dissolve the D'Gari® light gelatin green apple flavor light yogurt with ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and incorporate. Cool taking care that it does not curdle.
Fill the glasses leaving only ¼ of the empty glass and refrigerate until set.
For the compote, in a pot cook the apples with the starch dissolved in the water, add the honey and the spice and cook until the apples are cooked. Chill
Pour two to three tablespoons of compote into each glass and decorate with cinnamon.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with applesauce and a slice of cinnamon.

TIPS

It is important that you wait for each layer to set well before pouring the other, to avoid mixing.
