The chocolate almond milk smoothie is very healthy and tasty. Cocoa is a powerful antioxidant, helping to slow down aging and control blood pressure. Almond milk has a good calcium intake, higher than cow's milk.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cups ice

Preparation

Place the ingredients in the Evenflo Advance® blender jar, set the container on the base of the processor and rotate until secure.
Press the power button for 30 seconds or until everything is well incorporated.
Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass tumbler.
