This is a delicious and refreshing drink excellent for a perfect meeting or party to enjoy the event with whoever you want. They are very rich since their fruity flavor combines very well with rum. Prepare them.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 10 passion fruit, or chinolas
  • 12 lemons
  • 2 cups peppermint
  • 4.5 ounces white rum
  • 15 ounces mineral water
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • enough ice, chopped
  • leaves peppermint, to decorate
  • 3 slices lemon, to decorate

Preparation

Part the chinolas, remove the pulp and reserve.
Cut 9 lemons in eighths.
Wash the peppermint in purified water.
Mix the pulp of chinola, lemons, sugar and peppermint in a deep bowl. Crush with a mortar to mix well.
Add the ice to this mixture, then the white rum, integrate with a spoon.
Empty this mixture in the glasses in equal parts. Then add the mineral water and stir with a spoon.
Decorate with mint leaves and a slice of lemon.

PRESENTATION

Decorate this drink with slices of lemon, mint leaves.

TIPS

It is important to add ice, rum and soda in this same order. Take very cold.
