Part the chinolas, remove the pulp and reserve.
Cut 9 lemons in eighths.
Wash the peppermint in purified water.
Mix the pulp of chinola, lemons, sugar and peppermint in a deep bowl. Crush with a mortar to mix well.
Add the ice to this mixture, then the white rum, integrate with a spoon.
Empty this mixture in the glasses in equal parts. Then add the mineral water and stir with a spoon.
Decorate with mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
