Preparation
Frost the edges of the glasses with coconut cream and coconut frappé- Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the low calories cranberry juice and bring it to boil. Turn off and add the sugar substitute, pomegranate, orange, cinnamon, clove, star anise and infuse a few minutes. Strain and cool.
Pour the previous preparation into a mixing glass with ice, cover and shake vigorously until it is cold.
Pour the cocktail into the glasses, decorate with a slice of orange and a slice of cinnamon. Serve.
