Ingredients

  • 3 spoonfuls of coconut cream without sugar, to frost
  • 3 spoonfuls of grated coconut to frost
  • 2 cups of cranberry juice Low in calories
  • 2 spoonfuls of Sugar substitute
  • 1/2 piece of pomegranate
  • 1/2 piece of orange cut into slices
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 2 pieces of star anise
  • enough of ice
  • 2 slices of orange to decorate
  • 2 rajas of cinnamon to decorate

    Preparation

    Frost the edges of the glasses with coconut cream and coconut frappé- Set aside.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the low calories cranberry juice and bring it to boil. Turn off and add the sugar substitute, pomegranate, orange, cinnamon, clove, star anise and infuse a few minutes. Strain and cool.
    Pour the previous preparation into a mixing glass with ice, cover and shake vigorously until it is cold.
    Pour the cocktail into the glasses, decorate with a slice of orange and a slice of cinnamon. Serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in glasses frosted with coconut and decorate with a slice of cinnamon and orange.

    TIPS

    If you can't find find coco frappé, just process the grated coconut until it has a fine texture.
