Ingredients

4 portions
  • 10 tablespoons powder chocolate
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 1 pinch anise
  • to taste chantilly cream, to decorate
  • to taste chocolate, grated

Preparation

Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat.
Add the box of piloncillo while mixing.
Add the pinch of anise.
Add the 10 tablespoons of chocolate one by one.
Add the 2 pinches of cinnamon.
Let warm for another 2 minutes.
Serve in a cup and go.

PRESENTATION
