Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter AdeS® Soya drink
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups strawberry, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon clear vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups walnut
  • enough strawberry, for serving
  • enough walnut, chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Blend a liter of AdeS® Soya with the sugar, strawberries, vanilla, starch and walnut until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat the atole in a pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, serve hot and decorate with strawberries and chopped nuts. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve hot and garnish with strawberry and chopped nuts.

TIPS

For the corn starch to thicken your atole has to boil, remember to move constantly so it does not stick. Use the version of AdeS® Soya without added sugars for an atole with fewer calories.
