Ingredients: 1/2 kilos guava, cut into quarters; 1/2 kilos apple, cut into cubes; 1/2 kilos tejocote, cut in half; 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into medium cubes; 1 kilo sugar cane, peeled and cut into 4; 1/4 kilos prunes; 100 grams hibiscus flower; 100 grams tamarind pods, peeled; 1 stick cinnamon; 5 oranges, leaves; 1 sprig lemon tea; water; raw sugar

Boil enough water with cinnamon, hibiscus, lemon tea, tamarind, and orange leaves for 5 to 10 minutes, once this time has passed, remove the remnants of these ingredients if desired. Add the fruit, starting with the sugar cane and the apple, wait 5 minutes and then add the tejocote, pineapple, and prunes, wait 5 minutes and add the guava.
