The punch with a lot of flavor for the variety of fruits, this is traditional for inns. It is a characteristic drink of the December season that conquers everyone for its rich flavor.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1/2 kilos guava, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 kilos apple, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 kilos Mexican hawthorn, Cut in half
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into medium cubes
  • 1 kilo sugar cane, peeled and split in 4
  • 1/4 kilos prune
  • 100 grams Hibiscus flower
  • 100 grams tamarind, bare
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 5 oranges, leaves
  • 1 branch lemon tea
  • enough Water
  • to taste raw sugar

Preparation

Boil enough water with cinnamon, jamaica, lemon tea, tamarind and orange leaves, from 5 to 10 min, once this time has elapsed, remove the remains of these ingredients if you wish.
Add the fruit first the cane and the apple, wait 5 minutes and add the tejocote, the pineapple and the prune, 5 minutes and add the guava.
Add the sugar to taste and let everything from a last boil, remove from the heat.
Serves hot
