Ginger tea can be prepared using only fresh root. Alternatively, we can prepare herbal infusions that also combine other ingredients and thus obtain synergistic effects, useful in different circumstances.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 5 grams of fresh ginger 2 or 3 slice approx.
  • 300 milliliters of Water
  • 1 piece of green lemon just the juice
  • to taste of honey

    Preparation

    Bring the water to a boil.
    Peel and wash the ginger, cut into slices and place them in the boiling water.
    Boil everything over low heat for 10 minutes; chill and add the lemon.
    Sweeten to taste.

    TIPS

    It helps relieve stomach aches and inflammation.
