Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 guavas, big
  • 1 sheath tamarind
  • 1/2 cups piloncillo
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 anise star
  • 1 1/2 liters Water

Preparation

Wash the guavas and tamarind.
Wash the piloncillo with water to remove impurities.
