The combination of cucumber and pineapple will always be so refreshing, that's why we prepare this recipe for Low Calories Cucumber and Pineapple Lemonade. Besides telling you how to make a homemade lemonade, we give you a great tip: whenever you mix pineapple with cucumber, try the sweetness, since having pineapple, it can become a very acidic drink.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 lemons
  • 1 cucumber, without shell or seeds
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in pieces
  • 1/4 cups Sugar substitute
  • enough ice
  • enough soda drink, of low-calorie ginger
  • 1/4 cucumbers, with shell, cut into slices
  • 1/4 pineapples, with shell, cut into triangles

Preparation

For the base, blend the lemon juice with the cucumber and pineapple until you get a smooth mixture.
In a jar, mix the previous preparation with the sugar substitute and stir with a spoon until dissolved.
Add the ice, fill with the low-calorie ginger ale and decorate with the slices of cucumber and pineapple. Serve very cold.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a jar decorated with slices of cucumber and pineapple.

TIPS

Try the sweetness of the lemonade base, since having pineapple can be very acidic.
