Ingredients

2 servings
  • 8 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 8 spoonfuls of ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
  • 2 branches of cinnamon
  • 3 cups of milk frozen
  • 1 Cup of black tea it can be in infusion

    Preparation

    In a nonstick pot, make a caramel with sugar, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon on low heat.
    Take care to move constantly. Add black tea and remove from heat. Let stand.
    When it is at room temperature, cook what you prepared and liquefy it with the frozen milk.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve very cold. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
