Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/2 pumpkins
  • 1000 milliliters milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, to taste
  • 4 cups Water

Preparation

Peel the squash and chop it into squares, put it to boil over medium heat for 20 minutes with water, sugar and if you like cloves or cinnamon. Remove it from the water when it is soft.
Blend the pumpkin with the milk then put it on the stove for 5 minutes and serve warm.
